How long have you been working in adventure games?
I am new to professional dungeon mastering. However, I have done spoken word and public speaking for about five years now.
How would you describe your style?
I am a character focused GM. I believe all good story comes from good character. Good character comes from understanding character motivations, I always seek to dive deeper with my players about their characters motivations and goals. This deep dive I have found makes player engagement and investment higher.
What makes you unique as a performer?
I have a background in public speaking and spoken word. This experience has allowed me to hone the skill of dynamic delivery. That along with my world building prep I believe makes my style of sand box play most unique.

I host a DnD Solo Drama Podcast as well.

A picture is worth 1000 words, but Stacy's word creates 1000 pictures. The detail in which he describes a scene allows his players to truly enjoy the world he sets before them. I've known Stacy since 2013 and have been part of one of his campaigns since 2018. He does phenomenally well at listening to his players and what they want. If there is anything you think needs improvement, he is truly open to criticism and does his best to remedy the concern. He has ended every session with a single question that, in itself, is a masterpiece. It's phrased in such a way that the players engage in open conversation about the world and story as it's unfolding. This man is a wonderful storyteller and, if you give him the chance, he will not disappoint
I've known Stacy for a few years, and have seen him perform live storytelling, as well as teamed up with him on some live podcasting episodes.
He's an incredibly dynamic person who brings a lot of energy to the mic. His speaking voice and ability to craft an adventure through words really draw listeners in.
Stacy can paint a picture of a game in your head without the need for maps or a table. The twists and ability to flow with players choices create genuine investment. Good roles are rewarded and bad roles add to the challenge but the rule of fun always applies.
Stacy is one of those speakers who can take all the time he wants with his words. Gazes fixate upon him as thoughtful pauses hold the air still. Listeners who have long accompanied his sharp oratory instinctively know that the eerie silence will soon be gloriously resolved by colorful, eloquent descriptions of beautifully fleshed-out concepts or images that have long gestated in his beautiful mind. Stacy is an entertaining companion, a wise and caring father, a good friend, and a true Human. Glad to see him evermore as the hero of his own journey.
