What We Offer Educators

Mastermind Adventures partners with homeschool groups, co-ops, and education consultants to bring immersive learning experiences to students. Whether you want fully facilitated sessions, educator-led curriculum materials, or training to run programs yourself, we design around your needs.

Our programs use collaborative storytelling, guided role-play, and hands-on challenges to build skills students need: teamwork, communication, creative thinking, and resilience. Everything aligns with literacy, social studies, and SEL learning standards.

Built for Flexibility

We understand that homeschool groups operate differently than traditional schools. Our scheduling is flexible, our curriculum adapts to your teaching philosophy, and we can work with mixed-age groups, small cohorts, or large co-op gatherings.

Three Ways to Work With Us

Choose the format that fits your group, budget, and teaching style.

1

Facilitated Sessions

We Come to You

Bring our experienced facilitators to your co-op, community center, or outdoor space. We handle everything: program design, materials, facilitation, and cleanup. You gather the students and we take care of the rest.

Best for: Co-ops wanting turnkey programming, one-time enrichment events, or recurring series without facilitator training investment.

2

Curriculum Materials

You Lead with Our Guides

Get access to our lesson plans, activity guides, and assessment tools. You facilitate the programs yourself using our detailed curriculum materials. Perfect for parent-educators who want structured, ready-to-use content.

Best for: Experienced homeschool parents, education consultants, or co-op leaders comfortable facilitating group activities with clear instructions.

3

Facilitator Training

Learn to Run Programs

We train you or your co-op leaders to facilitate our programs. Includes curriculum materials, facilitation techniques, and ongoing support. Build long-term capacity to run immersive programs independently.

Best for: Co-ops investing in recurring programming, education consultants building service offerings, or experienced educators expanding their toolkit.

Why Homeschool Groups Choose Us

Flexible Scheduling

We adapt to your co-op calendar, not the other way around. Weekday mornings, Friday field trip days, or monthly enrichment gatherings — we make it work.

Mixed-Age Groups

Our programs scale naturally across age ranges. Siblings can participate together, and older students mentor younger ones without feeling held back.

Curriculum Integration

Programs support literacy, creative writing, social studies, and SEL standards. Perfect for documentation, portfolio development, or transcript building.

Parent Involvement Options

Parents can observe, participate, or step away entirely depending on your group's preferences and the activity format.

How Homeschool Groups Schedule Programs

Monthly Enrichment Days

One session per month on your co-op's regular meeting day. Provides consistent programming without weekly commitment. Great for large co-ops with rotating enrichment offerings.

Weekly Series (4-8 weeks)

Intensive multi-week programs where students build skills progressively. Works well during fall or spring when co-ops meet consistently.

Field Trip Days

Single-session adventures perfect for Friday field trip rotations or special event days. Students experience a complete story or challenge in one session.

Semester Programs

Ongoing experiences combining facilitated sessions (monthly or biweekly) with personalized story letters students receive at home between sessions.

Pricing & Options

Facilitated Sessions: $150/hour + travel (most sessions 90 minutes to 2 hours)

Curriculum Materials: Per-program licensing or annual co-op subscription (contact for details)

Facilitator Training: Half-day or full-day workshops, pricing based on group size and program selection

Group rates available for co-ops booking multiple sessions or combining facilitated programming with curriculum materials.
